Hi I've been sold a counterfeit dyson hairdryer which has broken and now dyson have confiscated and destroyed it . How do I get my money back from eBay guarantee please

adding to the advice already given -

The only way you might get a refund is -

If you are within 180 days of payment to the seller, open a PayPal not as described and claim the item was counterfeit and furnish PayPal with written proof from Dyson, including that they have destroyed it.

Otherwise, if the seller is a business seller contact trading standards via CAB with your proof.

Hi , where can I find the resolution dispute page in PayPal please I can’t see it anywhere or a search option.

Go to your PayPal account > at top left click on 'help' and enter 'resolution centre' in the search . Click on 'visit resolution centre' > click one blue ' resolution centre' link and use big blue 'report a problem' and find the transaction.

Did you just Post it back to Dyson?  If so you should have Returned through an EBay Item Not As Described Case for a Full Refund.
