Hi, I'm trying to reply to a seller re a query I had.  I'm getting a message which says "you've exceeded the number of messages sent try again after 24 hrs".   I haven't sient any messages since the middle of June so don't understand what this is about.  can anyone cast any light on how to resolve this.  As usual, Ebay's help centre is useless in trying to sort this out.  Thanks. ... Hi,   Wondering if anyone can help me with this please. I'm still on the eBay learning curve with a long way to go!   I've come across a seller that puts 'first bid wins' (or something similar) in the main title of every listing. I have checked their sold/completed items and this seems to be the case. The items are listed auction style with a 'starting bid' price and the 'make an offer' option. Buyers are doing either and the item is sold. I can understand the 'make an offer' option but don't get how the seller can do this for 1st actual bids. Hi there, I'm not a frequent user so it's possible I've missed something. Here goes. Having sent a message to a seller via the eBay mobile site and received a reply to my enquiry, I can only access my messages via the classic site. Selecting messages on the mobile site takes me to the home page!  OK, so once I have accessed the message on the classic site, any attempt to reply also takes me to the home page, (recent purchases etc). Any attempt to 'reply' is unsuccessful.  Why do all the reply options take me back to the home page away from the message.  Thanks ... View more

I purchased a group of items from seller on ebay that arrived damaged. I contacted the seller who  instructed me...  'Please dispose of the item and we will refund your account. In order for us to issue the refund, you need to open a returns case and send us a picture of the itemPlease follow the instructions below: Go to your purchase history and select - Return This Item - from the 'I want to' drop-down menu so you can start the return process.'
