returned item credited to ebay but not in my account yet .Can anyone enlighten me please

Assuming you're the buyer the refund will return to source and takes a while.   Around 7 days to return to bank account if you paid using your debit card, with or without Paypal.   Or up to 30 days to return to credit card.
