Parcel apparently not received

Hi I am a new ebayer .I sent a parcel first class signed for on Monday 28th June and it still hasn't arrived apparently.What should I do ? Wondering if anyone could advise me please ?

Do nothing until your buyer opens a not received case, then you will have 3 days to refund before buyer can escalate to ebay, which you don't want.

Read the ebay money back guarantee on every listing.

When you say apparently not received, have you checked the digital reference number on your proof of posting? This will be on all small and medium parcels sent by Royal Mail, and will show if an item has been delivered or not. Ebay do accept this as tracking so add it to your transaction. It will protect you in a not received case.

Thank you ..I checked but it says still in transit but I sent another package the same day to someone else who received it and there’s still shows as in transit as well .Will wait as you suggested .

If you cannot prove Delivery you would have to Refund your Buyer through an Item Not Received Case.
