What do i do if some one wants to view item before they bib, if i am not aloud to give out address.
Members are not allowed to exchange contact details until the buyer has committed to buy by going through eBay checkout (but not necessarily pay).
Then the members are permitted to exchange contact information.
When they have inspected the item, if your buyer is not satisfied with the item then you both go through the cancellation process.

Attempting to arrange a viewing before the buyer has committed to buy can lead to both members’ account being suspended.
