order cancelled by seller

I paid for an item yesterday which the seller later cancelled the order stating something was wrong with the address. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and supplied a valid UK address. There was nothing to say the seller did not deliver to the Highlands and I paid the £10 delivery charge. I feel agrieved that the seller can simply cancel an order and I cannot leave negative feedback or insist that the order be sent. We both entered into a contract and I have fullfilled my part of the bargain, how can I insist that the seller fullfills theirs?

You cannot force the seller to send but you should be able to leave feedback try this https://www.ebay.co.uk/fdbk/leave_feedback
