On more than one occasion, when a seller has said 'Make Offer' I have done so. The majority of sellers have responded. They either accept, decline or make a counter offer, however, several do not bother to reply and just let my offer expire. Why do they do this and not have the courtesy to respond? Why say 'Make Offer' at all if they do not wish to enter into dialogue?
