You cannot do it yourself.
To change your account from a Business one to a private one you have to contact Ebay customer Support and persuade them that you are no longer trading.
To be honest ...in view of your current listings i doubt they will change it for you.
Another option may be for you to just open another private Ebay account and keep your business one and private one separate?
