Is my understanding correct that Sellers cannot leave negative feed back for buyers?   I was recently looking at a sellers very good feedback but also happened to look at their "Feedback left for others" I was quite shocked to see that it was mostly positive but offensive and wondered if this is how they get around the problem of not being able to leave negative feedback. Is this competion a scam as I keep getting offered an iphone 11 in it on ebay. Having won an iphone 11 twice it then askes me to pay a £1 delivery chargw and I am reluctant to submit my bank details.   If it is a scam Ebay must remove the competion from its platform as it appears genuine as it is backed by ebay. ... Hi all, i sold an item back on 11th September last year, (a large PC case, only sold for £20) as collection only, the item was paid for and i messaged the person to arrange collection. For various reasons (includng COVID) the person has continuosly said he is not able to collect, or as promised to arrange collection and then just not come back to me. I have messaged many times asking for a collection date and stated that if he does not want the case i will just refund him, i just get excuses back but states he still wants the case, the last contact was last week when i stated that i need it collected and gone by this Friday or i will refund the payment and sell it to somebody else (after the amount of time this has been i feel that this is reasonable). The problem i have is that the item is no longer in my sold items list and i can't find a way to find it to be able to refund the person. I recently won three items from the same seller and was hoping to combine postage for the three, so from the shopping basket page, I clicked on 'Request Total' and sent the seller a message asking if they could combine the postage. They have since messaged me asking for payment, and when I replied by asking about my request to combine payment they said they had not received the request, but would be happy to do so, so asked me to send another request, which I have done, but they have not yet replied. I have also realised that I should have received a copy of both requests when I sent them, but have not received anything, so I am not sure if either request has actually been sent correctly, even though it said on screen that they had been. Title said "xxxxx- card" (xxxxx being the model of a graphics card), and in the description I clearly state that what I will be sending is a picture of the said graphics card, will eBay side with me in the case that the buyer decides to file SNAD? The person in question is using bots to buy up this stuff and sell for profit, which I really don't like, and I created this listing in the hopes of catching out said evil-doers.
