How to add another of my Christian names to my account

All though i have been a member of ebay for a number of years, it has now suspended my payments . I need to add the other Christian name but it wont let me

Using a desktop browser and not the app,  go to Account tab>>.  Personal Information  add and amend your name there.

Do the same with Paypal,  click on the cog like icon top right of the page to bring you to the correct place there.
