Pay pal freezes money paid in because eBay is waiting for me to post,although the item was advertised collection only .which was collected.so how do I inform eBay?thanks

You have No Postal Tracking Number to add to Dispatch so sorry but you will have to wait out the 21 day PayPal Hold.

You should have asked your Buyer to Pay Cash or Bank Transfer on Collection.
