Freight included!

I have sold my item. My buyer cannot pay me because there is no freight charge included in the posting.

Ebay send me round and round the houses and do not like the idea that postage is included.

My buyer is waiting to pay me!

What can I do?

You need to sort out a courier and get a price and then send a new invoice to your buyer.

Why could you not get a price before you listed it as you say on the listing?. It is down to you not ebay

you have listed the item with 'courier' as the postage option,

when this option is used you find out how much a courier will cost to send to the buyer and then send an invoice,

if you meant to list as  postage included in the price you should have chosen free postage,

if you meant free postage send the buyer an invoice with the postage set at £0.00
