Non payment

What's the best course of action when a buyer hasn't paid despite having sent reminder. I have two such outstanding at the moment. Both are very low price items, around £7.

Do not bother with "remiders"; they do nothing. 

After 48 hours simply open a "non payer" case in the resolution centre [link below] and close if unpaid after a further 4 days.

The buyer will get a defect [or two] and may well get banned from buying by most sellers. 

It is important that sellers do this every time so as to weed such silly buyers off eBay
