Hi all,   I’ve followed the instructions and linked my nectar and eBay accounts but where I've gone to purchase vouchers with my nectar points, it won’t allow me to progress to the next page of purchasing and instead comes up with ‘403- forbidden’.   Any ideas on how to combat such?   Thanks and best wishes - S x ... I bid for shoes starting bid was 99p I was fortunate to win at starting price. I paid & about a week later the seller cancelled the order with no explanation.  This has happened to me a few times. If the sellers not happy with only getting 99p for their item then why do they not have a fixed price?. Surely they have to honour the transaction?. Hi a few days ago I realised a purchase from my account that I do not recognise, it was a ladies dress and I never wanted that and I'm not a lady also no1 else has access to my eBay. I tried cancelling it and marked it as unusual activity and also contacted paypal but they denied my claim. I contacted the seller and explained the situation and requested them to cancel the order and they said ebay won't let them cancel as I opened a case, now neither me nor the seller can cancel the order, what's the solution please?  ... I pride myself when it comes to Customer care and customer satisfaction..very important, and do my very best in making them happy.  I love what I do for me a sale is very important,  but nothing is more fulfilling than having a happy buyer.  I am today very sad and quite angry and hurt.  I sold an item of which ive sold before I also use this particular product myself. Sold this item carefully packaged product and initialise box and it's content as I always do. To my alarm pkg was delivered buyer requested a refund saying something is wrong with the product.  Immediately I sent her a message saying this is a genuine product and theirs nothing wrong with it.  I then opened a case with the resolution team.  She actually sent me a photo of what she claims was the content in the box smh!!! Truly not what I sent.  I've asked her to send me more photos of that item she claims was in the box which definitely is not what I sent.  Also my initial would be on my item.  I see the initial on the box but obviously its on the one she's claiming was in the box as that's not my product. feeling terrible is an understatement right now such dishonesty truly a scam. ... I have just received a message stating I was trying to make transactions outside e-bay & it detailed 2 supposed mesages 1 from the buyer to me, & my reply. ****************** What activity didn't follow the policy BUYER: will you send us a payment connection via paypal ? Hello   One of my listings was removed by eBay today.  I received an email today mentioning that one of my listing has been removed due to counterfeit rules. This item I listed is a 100% genuine item with a full paperwork  and original receipt. Hello,   I have not come across this situation before but I had advertised a car for sale which attracted a formal offer through ebay which I accepted. Since then there has been no contact at all from the buyer. I have contacted him by text through ebay several times asking if there is a problem and for him to contact me. i have sent an invoice through the system and ebay are sending him reminders to pay.   All the help and FAQs relate to cancelling orders but how do you enforce the deal as I am not particularly keen to be messed about by this guy and would like to enforce it against him.
