So I got an email from ebay stating that my account was restricted then sent me a link to what to do next. It took me to a random page about limit increases. I don't know how to fix the issue as there is no issue stated that I need to fix?
Those links / pin numbers often do not work, contact eBay Customer Services this way, I think this is a case of you verifying you are the account holder, and that should unlock your account for use.
