I pride myself when it comes to Customer care and customer satisfaction..very important, and do my very best in making them happy. I love what I do for me a sale is very important, but nothing is more fulfilling than having a happy buyer. I am today very sad and quite angry and hurt. I sold an item of which ive sold before I also use this particular product myself.
Sold this item carefully packaged product and initialise box and it's content as I always do.
To my alarm pkg was delivered buyer requested a refund saying something is wrong with the product. Immediately I sent her a message saying this is a genuine product and theirs nothing wrong with it. I then opened a case with the resolution team. She actually sent me a photo of what she claims was the content in the box smh!!! Truly not what I sent. I've asked her to send me more photos of that item she claims was in the box which definitely is not what I sent. Also my initial would be on my item. I see the initial on the box but obviously its on the one she's claiming was in the box as that's not my product.
feeling terrible is an understatement right now such dishonesty truly a scam.
There are dishonest Buyers out there. But you are illegally Trading on a Private Account which is just for Selling your own Second Hand Items from in and around your home. You need to Register as a Business Seller. You are denying your Buyers their Consumer Rights. You should be accepting Returns within 30 days for any reason.
