Problem with purchase

Hi a few days ago I realised a purchase from my account that I do not recognise, it was a ladies dress and I never wanted that and I'm not a lady also no1 else has access to my eBay. I tried cancelling it and marked it as unusual activity and also contacted paypal but they denied my claim.

I contacted the seller and explained the situation and requested them to cancel the order and they said ebay won't let them cancel as I opened a case, now neither me nor the seller can cancel the order, what's the solution please?

Your Post is very confusing. Are you the Buyer or Seller?  If you are the Seller and you think your Account has been used by someone else? Enter Hacked Account into Help and Contact at the top or very foot of the Page. Change all your Passwords. Report to PayPal and your Bank.

I'm a buyer, I didn't purchase this dress, may be it happened with mistouch in my pocket. But now neither me nor the seller is able to cancel it and refund me, is there anyway I can speak to someone in Ebay team and ask them to help?
