You cannot Name and Shame on here. Go to the Options Arrow Head and Edit out the Sellers ID. Your Purchase was actually Removed by Ebay. Taken down as a Prohibited Item. If you Paid through PayPal you can Open an Item Not Received Case in their Resolution Centre stating that Ebay Removed the Item. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
