I have not come across this situation before but I had advertised a car for sale which attracted a formal offer through ebay which I accepted. Since then there has been no contact at all from the buyer. I have contacted him by text through ebay several times asking if there is a problem and for him to contact me. i have sent an invoice through the system and ebay are sending him reminders to pay.
All the help and FAQs relate to cancelling orders but how do you enforce the deal as I am not particularly keen to be messed about by this guy and would like to enforce it against him. How do you do that through ebay?
