She said she was useing Ebay to ship them.   I received an email from EBay telling me they will send invoice.  I received invoice from EBay with eBay emails.   Showed invovice number giving me five days after receiving them before they would send the money to the lady in case I had a problem with it.   I sent the money cards to that account.   I realize now that it was a scam but I cannot get a hold of eBay to see if they can help.   Do they ever respond to people? ... How can I send an item back when there is no label to print or address to send it back too?it is not helpful when eBay let sellers post adds that are deceiving or worded in a way that can mislead customers  ... View more

Anyone who has any knowledge please help   We have sold an item on eBay in good faith only to find out the person is a scammer   He has sent pictures of a different box and contents but also a picture of the box we packed the item in. I didn't buy anything at this amount, everything I bought on eBay it's showing correct on PayPal and on eBay. Those transactions are unauthorized.  -  I've ordered a personalised item and asked the seller to supply an email so I can send logo (too big too attach to message)   sent 4 messages to seller - no response left a note on message to seller - to say I need logo printed    now I've had a message via eBay to say dispatched and a message from the seller to say Tell us what you want printing or it will delay your order   I CANNOT find any sign of this message apart from on the eBay sent dispatch message. Been through messages, order details - nothing The phone number given on account doesn't work. I just cannot contact this seller. Any clues? I obviously don't want 100 blank pens!    ... View more

Hello eBay Community,   I would appreciate your help with the following. At the beginning of May, I sold some Lego bricks for £0.99 and posted them as a small parcel as standard second class delivery. While I got proof of posting at the time, I usually throw them away after a couple of weeks in the assumption that people would have got in touch if they hadn't received the item within that time.   Today, I received an email from the buyer telling me that they didn't think they had received the item; this is 57 days after posting. This was followed by an email from eBay saying that the funds would be withheld. I found the letter surprising, given that the eBay buyer policy states: 'You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform the seller that you didn't receive your item. '    Could anybody please shed light on the situation, particularly whether I would need to refund the seller?
