Hello  I bought a DVD from a US seller, I live in the UK. The item got severely delayed in transit and arrived much too late. I no longer need the item.    I contacted the seller about returning the item for a refund, but he's insisted that he'll only refund the cost of the DVD, and I'll have to cover the cost of the shipping, including the return shipping. This doesn't seem fair. Is there anything I can do?   I have been trying to find a contact number for Ebay all day to get advice on this, but Ebay don't seem to have any customer service contact number at the moment.    Any advice greatly appreciated.  ... Hi all , bought 2 no not makita batteries off eBay both have failed within 3mths , the seller states on advert there is a 5 yr guarantee with them , not having much luck with emails from him keeps sending back the generic reply. Hello   I have tried over the last couple to weeks to buy 4 separate items from 4 different selllers and I purchase the item and they come back to me and say the software they are using is not updating stock levels and they then refund me as there are no items available.   Is really odd and annoying and also annoying for the sellers as they have to refund.   Has anyone else had this issue?   Kind regards   ... Hi   I tried to purchase two items, the seller didnt post, and then posted incorrect tracking information. I waited a very long time for items to arrive, eventually asked ebay to step in, they did so, but the refund I received was for only one of the items, not both. There doesn appear to be a way to get this corrected, what can I do? No options appear to me as the buyer to appeal as it says ebay refunded, the problem is they only refunded for one item not both as part of the same transaction. ... View more
