Hello, I have just sold a pair of Jabra earbuds. They were brand new and unopened. The buyer claims they had earwax on them when he opened them up and that they were broken. I doubt this, he is a new buyer with only two positive feedbacks. I suspect he bought them, didn't like them and just wants his money back. I have been an eBay user for a few years (selling and buying occasionally) and never had negative feedback (currently on 95 seller/buyer feedback) If I do give a refund, there is no way I will be able to sell them in the condition he is now claiming them to be in, for hygiene purposes alone! Are sellers allowed to refuse refunds in situations such as the one I describe?
