How do you get your postage refunded if you have used ebay Royal Mail 1st Class small parcel taken the items to the post office and the scan codes don't work then you end up buying new postage in the post office. I have run Royal Mail and Paypal and they both say its ebay but can't speak to a person at ebay. Thanks in advance
