Batteries

Hi all , bought 2 no not makita batteries off eBay both have failed within 3mths , the seller states on advert there is a 5 yr guarantee with them , not having much luck with emails from him keeps sending back the generic reply. Is there anything Else I can do . I know there not pucka makita batteries but they shouldn't be sold having a 5yr guarantee if they haven't.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
