Hiya not sure if you can advise please really can't seem to get through to a person on eBay to speak with! Bought a pair of dumbbell racks with weights this morning 300 quid the seller seems to be selling them again although I've paid abs know he's only got one pair and isn't r sounding to emails does this sound dodgy making me a bit angsty!

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
