Only received refund for one item, but purchased two in the transaction, and neither arrived.

I tried to purchase two items, the seller didnt post, and then posted incorrect tracking information. I waited a very long time for items to arrive, eventually asked ebay to step in, they did so, but the refund I received was for only one of the items, not both. There doesn appear to be a way to get this corrected, what can I do? No options appear to me as the buyer to appeal as it says ebay refunded, the problem is they only refunded for one item not both as part of the same transaction.

If as I suspect you bought two items on separate listings, even if you received both items in the same parcel you should have opened a separate case for each one in the Resolution Centre:
