Return request opened for Doesn't match description or photos, comment 'This bag is'. I accepted return and purchased return label. I later messaged buyer about comments and now have got why she wants to return the item. I now believe my item and photos were correct. Now awaiting return of item. Am I within my rights to just offer partial refund as already paid for return?t
