She said she was useing Ebay to ship them.   I received an email from EBay telling me they will send invoice.  I received invoice from EBay with eBay emails.   Showed invovice number giving me five days after receiving them before they would send the money to the lady in case I had a problem with it.   I sent the money cards to that account.   I realize now that it was a scam but I cannot get a hold of eBay to see if they can help.   Do they ever respond to people?

What ever do you think ebay can do?  The whole thing has nothing to =do with ebay, you even say FACEBOOK. Don't you know the difference, there is no connection between Ebay and Facebook and you certainly don't et an Eay Invoice for a Facebook purchase.

You could report to the Police but nothing will be done  and you have lost your money.

You didn't buy anything through ebay, so they won't help.

Log out of here (UK) Log back into ebay.com & ask on there for advice about reporting to local Police.

ebay won't help as it had absolutely NOTHING to do with ebay,

you didn't purchase through ebay,

the invoice wasn't from ebay

you were scammed pure and simple
