Seller not responding - item says dispatched

I've ordered a personalised item and asked the seller to supply an email so I can send logo (too big too attach to message)

sent 4 messages to seller - no response

left a note on message to seller - to say I need logo printed 

now I've had a message via eBay to say dispatched and a message from the seller to say Tell us what you want printing or it will delay your order

I CANNOT find any sign of this message apart from on the eBay sent dispatch message. Been through messages, order details - nothing

The phone number given on account doesn't work.

I just cannot contact this seller. Any clues? I obviously don't want 100 blank pens!

if the seller is registered as a business their contact details will be on the listing in the business seller details section

Unfortunately the phone number provided does not work. It’s a disconnected landline.

they should also have an email address showing there

I have contacted customer services and have an email. Which I had used yestrday, but they have not acknowledged receipt. Emailed again and advised their phone number doesn't work, and they should answer their messages on eBAY
