I have 2 charges in my credit card of £9,59 in the name of "Ebay PayPal JianJun 35314369001". I didn't buy anything at this amount, everything I bought on eBay it's showing correct on PayPal and on eBay. Those transactions are unauthorized. I want a refund and I don't know how to ask cause they don't have the option of unauthorized charges.
