Ebay witholding all funds from sales - customer service a joke, been on call backs, messages with some stupid people and they say its sorted, but then I need to verify my information and upload proof of ID again.... and again..... more than 30 times now and no payments.  Is ebay really Cr#p or are they in financial difficulty? Statitory demand (followed by a winding up petition) is £750 in the UK  shall we see who will flinch first? ebay or me.... I dare ebay to mess me around anymore.... I have no idea how to bypass this problem, I can't make any sales since eBay not allow me to update my account, contacted eBay agent already but they said they will fix the problem about 2 days but they never fix this issue!!!   Every time I tried to update my account it always said something went wrong try again later. I have zero ideas and never had this problem with other new account. I own this account about 5 years now is pretty disappointing. Hi, I won an item today and paid for it immediately as I usually do with PayPal. The payment says it was approved but then it  appeared as "payment pending" and finally asked me to pay again as it didn't work. I have tried paying this way several times. I then tried using my card (not through PayPal) and even tried paying using my computer instead of the app. However, none of this has worked and every time the "payment pending" appears and then asked me to pay again. I have used PayPal on other websites with no problem today and have even re-linked it to eBay but nothing is working.  Can anyone suggest what I can do next?  I am a little worried as I know there is only 4 days to pay for an item and I really don't want to lose out!    ... why are buyer so nasty when nothing goes right for them i lost the equivenat of 3 working man hours on 2 diffrent pcs tyring to obtain a correct route with his address . which had red font errors on showing a post code that was wrong and thus would not let me purchase packlink postal or pay or print . i used a 2nd pc. all to no avail i took sereval screen shots of the process. thus meaning i have photo graphic auidt . that nothing worked for me.  im so upset at this. i feel the only correct route is to leav ebay as i feel cheeted conned and demoralised . with this russian man. who insulted me on his last emails . saying i shoold fo on computer course and ad some remark about my pride.  ... How try and make this as quick as possible I've already put discussions on here exactly what happens basically it was myself And 2 other people who had bought a mobile form of this person on eBay somebody put the A feedback before me As basically he was saying to not buy off this person as hes a scammer has his Mobile never turned up just an empty package I was a bit nervous As I didn't really know protocol with he Bay as a puttin a complaint because it happened to me as well And 2 days later somebody else left negative feedback basically just slagging him really Regionally I opened the wrong case I opened the case saying item not received as it should have been item as not described correctly as I just received an empty parcel Anyway what I am asking is the Sellers  feedback as disappeared of eBay For the field person who never received his phone I don't know any of these people I just know I've been Monitoring is feedback as I been told I cant do any thing until the 10th of July as I had to restart the 3 days again  I'm just deeply worried that these  people who left bad feedback on this scam as account could be all collected  I dont think so but I just dont understand why the fed persons would have been removed And I didn't think that as a by a you could remove any body's negative Feedback Or is it possible that he was giving a refund through eBay because of the sleep of the people's cases a gonna be dealt with before mine Your options would be appreciated  ...
