I have no idea how to bypass this problem, I can't make any sales since eBay not allow me to update my account, contacted eBay agent already but they said they will fix the problem about 2 days but they never fix this issue!!!
Every time I tried to update my account it always said something went wrong try again later. I have zero ideas and never had this problem with other new account. I own this account about 5 years now is pretty disappointing. All feedbacks GONE!!!!!
