I have a buyer harassing me. I have called eBay twice today and this abuse is ongoing. I have tried to block them but nothing has happened. Can anyone assist as this is becoming threatening.

You can block messages by using your Blocked Bidders List, and selecting toBlock Messages.
If threats are involved report to the police.
