why are buyer so nasty when nothing goes right for them i lost the equivenat of 3 working man hours on 2 diffrent pcs tyring to obtain a correct route with his address . which had red font errors on showing a post code that was wrong and thus would not let me purchase packlink postal or pay or print . i used a 2nd pc. all to no avail i took sereval screen shots of the process. thus meaning i have photo graphic auidt . that nothing worked for me. im so upset at this. i feel the only correct route is to leav ebay as i feel cheeted conned and demoralised . with this russian man. who insulted me on his last emails . saying i shoold fo on computer course and ad some remark about my pride.
You're initial reaction to leave eBay because of this, is natural and understandable, because you are a conscientious seller.
However, after the feelings of shock and disappointment have set in, you can try and resolve this.
eBay may remove the feedback as it mentions a refund, this is not allowed, so contact them.
