Mobile phone problem

How try and make this as quick as possible I've already put discussions on here exactly what happens basically it was myself And 2 other people who had bought a mobile form of this person on eBay somebody put the A feedback before me As basically he was saying to not buy off this person as hes a scammer has his Mobile never turned up just an empty package I was a bit nervous As I didn't really know protocol with he Bay as a puttin a complaint because it happened to me as well And 2 days later somebody else left negative feedback basically just slagging him really Regionally I opened the wrong case I opened the case saying item not received as it should have been item as not described correctly as I just received an empty parcel Anyway what I am asking is the Sellers  feedback as disappeared of eBay For the field person who never received his phone I don't know any of these people I just know I've been Monitoring is feedback as I been told I cant do any thing until the 10th of July as I had to restart the 3 days again  I'm just deeply worried that these  people who left bad feedback on this scam as account could be all collected  I dont think so but I just dont understand why the fed persons would have been removed And I didn't think that as a by a you could remove any body's negative Feedback Or is it possible that he was giving a refund through eBay because of the sleep of the people's cases a gonna be dealt with before mine Your options would be appreciated

Well that was not quick and it is not easy to understand

If you opened the wrong dispute of Not received then you should be able to open a not as described

Not received is the only dispute you can close and open another one. Have you been able to do that?

I take it you have been able to open the dispute and the three days is the time you have to wait to escalate to ebay.

Just follow the instructions and you should get your money back

Feedback can be removed if the buyer mentions ebay or dispute or postage.

Just follow instructions and you should get all your money back. So should all those other buyers that were complaining. Too many cases and the seller will be removed by ebay.
