I dont know how to get help from Ebay

I bough item located in Germany and paid ammount of money 70 Euro. I got information from the seller later that the itom i bought will get expire in a short period.

I never picked upp and recieved that item after a short time when I tracked .it showed the item is returned to the sender and i got comfirmation from the seller and promissed the they should make refund. wich they never made.

Paypal could not help me. there is no telephone number to contact ebay Europe anywhere!

I spoke with my Bank and they recommended me to make a Police repport.

and after that they can work with the case trough making reclamatio wich iss going to take another mounth.

can anyone help how to get my money back.

When I wrote to the eBay community. Before I go further actions as recommended I received a massage the nex day that the seller made A refund secologicaly it helped me to get refund after I wrote to the community.thank you
