2 payments were put on hold, first one because buyer says it was not received and so I sent replacement items but still the Case remains open with my payment on hold.  No communication from Buyer.   Second one, was a buyer who opened a Case on the 6th July for item not received and I responded to let him know his purchases were sent on 5th July 2021.     How stupid is that.  But, the payment is still on hold.   How can I find out when these payments on hold will be released by Ebay. ... I paid for a item after making an offer, the seller then apologised and said it wasn't new but would take £5 off, I was annoyed but at no time did I cancel,, she then went on to assume that I had cancelled, refunded me and then disappeared, can a seller get away with this? Hi, I bought a light for my car that doesn't fit - I have tried to fit it but it looks visibly different in terms of it's shapt to the one it was supposed to replace. I have requested to return it but been given and address in China to post it to, despite the listing I bought it from saying it was "UK stock"?
