Return to China?

Hi, I bought a light for my car that doesn't fit - I have tried to fit it but it looks visibly different in terms of it's shapt to the one it was supposed to replace. I have requested to return it but been given and address in China to post it to, despite the listing I bought it from saying it was "UK stock"? The from address from when it was delivered to me is a UK Manchester address.

Is it correct that they are asking me to post it to China??

If it is the Orange Seller he Ships from London. Check Item Location under Postage. You only have to Return it there. If he doesn't supply the Returns Label Escalate the Case for EBay to Step when they send you the Option, usually 4 days. They will Force the Refund.

No, ebay only requires you to return it to a UK address if that was the item location.  If the label provided through the case says China, then you need to contact ebay CS at 8.00am when they open.

Presumably you opened a case for item not as described?
