They said they would combine postage which they did, but did not give me a refund on one item. Tried to get eBay involved but when I go on to purchases it has not got ask eBay to step in. Hello everyone. I have sent a product to a customer and for a weird reason it didn't arrive. He ordered it a long time ago. As a good willing, I was offering him a refund but I cant give him the refund. I tried to explain to him yesterday how to do it, and he was giving up and say keep the money. I work on honesty and trust and this is not how I want to be as a customer, pay my precious money and don't get my items, so please help me how do I give him a refund? I was trying to talk with eBay and they told me what to do but I cant get into the All Transaction area , maybe because of moving to Payoneer while I didn't finish all the process of moving? Hi I bought a hairdresser's chair a few days ago for 160f and I was sure it would come to me in perfect condition because it wasn't cheap and I open my Beauty business. When I received the chair was scratched, broken, the condition I define as very bad. I wrote to the seller sending pictures confirming the poor condition of the chair. And he wrote me that I have a chair to send and pay and how he will get a chair then I will send me money. This is a joke. I wrote to him that I do not have time to return because he works in his business as he does not work I have no money I do not have how to send. He wrote that he will refund the entire cost for the chair, but I have to report the return on ebay. I did yak as he told me. I got messages from him. I was very good. Can anyone tell me please how to reduce the size of the thumbnail pics of items shown for sale which have suddenly (for me) become huge? There used to be a menu where you could have a choice of large ..medium ..small ..but i cant find it anywhere and so now the screen can only show 3 items at a time because they're SO big... ridiculous. Other things that have changed over-night are showing sellers names.. feedback scores.. distance and other info that used to be next to the thumbnail pic of items for sale. I see sellers are delaying their postings due to Ebay's new payment system, contrast to when Paypal dealt with the payments.  Seems quite reasonable that ebay sellers should take this action.  SO THE QUALITY OF SERVICE FALLS.   Likewise it is unreasonable to give ebay access to personal banking, when Paypal can still provide an excellent service, and IMPORTANTLY has the track record of doing so.  Indeed the reality is that a new stand alone bank account ought to be set up by a seller to ring fence its ebay activities. SO THE QUALITY OF SERVICE FALLS.   So  consequently I feel that it is time to look at alternatives routes to marketing unwanted items, perhaps where a more targetted approach direct to enthusiasts will  achieve higher cash realisations.   Obviously commercial operators will not be fussed, but I have made up my mind.   ...
