Seller refused to send iphone but he hit the despatch item, now what to do for my side.

Hi I won a iphone 12 pro max 863 pounds and paid for it, now seller message me he will not send the item, because eBay will hold the fund till 8th may. But he already hit the despatch rather cancel button. Now from my side what to do, how I will get my money if he didn't send iphone, thanks

I assume you don't mean 8th May? You need to wait until the day after expected delivery and then open a case for item not received in the resolution centre. Read the eBay money back guarantee.
