Hi peeps. I've been waiting for a refund for well over a week, it's been delivered back to the company they acknowledge it, but won't refund until I close the case? Is that right? Can't see why the cast won't just close when they pay? Thanks billy
No it's not right,if you close the case I doubt you will ever see a refund escalate it to eBay as soon as you can normally day 4 after opening
