I have a buyer who has purchased one of my items and paid (i don't know wether via paypal or bank). I have no payment options set up on my ebay account and as such the funds are being held by ebay. The buyer did not read the ad correctly as it was for collection only and has asked me to cancel the transaction, I have tried to do this but all I get is "cannot cancel due to no payment options being set up" meaning I have to set up a payment option to allow the refund to occur. I bought  2 sets of 3 masks from Joules, usually a brilliant company. I returned the  2 packs unopened.....I then contacted Joules who are saying they are not returnable and they're sendimg back to me. There was nothing in their advert saying unreturnable. ( Their adverts now say unreturnable. but not the page I bought from ) I am furious..
