click and collect

Hi, I have 3 items that have not been updated by ebay click and collect service at the same store, so they cannot be released to me. How do I contact the click and collect team? In the shop, they do not have their number. I tried ebay customer service, but I cannot speak to any human there, so what do I do now?

You do need to contact ebay for the codes

To contact ebay then top or bottom of the page under Seller help or  help and contact

It will be call me back or chat with us

They will be closed at the moment and open at 8am on a weekday

Thank you, I will try tomorrow again I did it today as live chat but no one get back to me maybe it was to late as I done it 18-19.
