Seller lying and wont refund

I bought  2 sets of 3 masks from Joules, usually a brilliant company. I returned the  2 packs unopened.....I then contacted Joules who are saying they are not returnable and they're sendimg back to me. There was nothing in their advert saying unreturnable. ( Their adverts now say unreturnable. but not the page I bought from ) I am furious.. I've just spent almost 2 hours going round and round trying to find how to get through to ebay....Can anyone help me please.

A Business CANNOT say no returns. They have to accept returns for any reason.

DID YOU OPEN A RETURN CASE? Returns must be done properly and in accordance with the Money Back Guarantee which I also suspect you did not read, although it is on every listing.

Opening the correct case woud have saved you looking for means to contact ebay, BUT at the top of most pages or bottom right of this page HELP & CONTACT. Scroll down tbe page for contact options, but as I say there is no need to contact ebay, the answer is already on the pages inthe Money Back Guarantee.

REPLY.....I did open the correct Return case....BUT, the company closed the refund and said the comment about not refundable and closed the case....therefore i cant get in touch with ebay to complain.

Because they closed the case it also means the purchase and return details etc do not now appear anywhere. and the company are ignoring my messages.
