Using any Courier particularly Packlink who deliver nothing, it is a good idea to read their T & C BEFORE using them. As they use Hermes, whose T & C exclude any item that is capable of being damaged, I suspect they are just stalling and making a claim difficult.
As far as a Sales Invoice goes, I suggest printing out the SOLD item. What relevance it has I don't know if they have the item number they can look up the details.
I don't think it is even possible to produce a Sales Invoice once paid, and who would print out something that is sent to the buyer by Ebay.
AS you say NEVER AGAIN, a very wise decision.
