Missing item

Hi. I ordered 2 items and when the parcek arrived there was only 1 in the packet. The seller insists 2 was dispatched and the weight of the parcel corresponds to that, even though there was only the 1 item. What can I do.

Yes do as @john1297576  advises. Open an EBay Returns Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not As Described. You ordered 2 Items and only Received 1 Item.

Can I do this Even though the seller has said they sent 2 and has said the weight on tracking receipt corresponded to 2 items being sent
