Hello there, I bought an item off of eBay, it was an exercise bike. The product came faulty so I sent it back to the company to have it "fixed", they sent it back to me still broken, but are now saying I have to pay to have it "fixed" again because it was out of the return window. Where do I stand, because I have a faulty bike, that's been faulty since I bought it, but it's past the 21 day return date.
