what to do if you bought the phone a few months ago and the phone broke and is still under warranty, but the seller is no longer on ebay?
Warranties are between Buyer and Seller, nothing to do with Ebay pr Paypal as any claims on their money back guarantees relate to condition on arrival, not months later.
Sorry, ebay don't get involved with warranties.
You could contact paypal & see if they will allow case, they allow longer than ebay.
