i have reported the same guy over weeks selling fraud autographs. he does them himself, and some sell stupidly £100 at a time by people who dont realise. Hi,   I have (thoroughly?) checked all my account details.   Under personal Info my email address shows correctly.   I have not found another section that could contain another email address.   When i purchase, almost all confirmation and updates (and any other generic ebay emails) arrive at the correct email address.   Sometimes however a seller will send an email directly (outside of ebay), these "can" arrive at my old, incorrect email address (one that was used when the account was initially opened.   I think I have explained as clearly as I can.....can anyone help...... I have tried several IDs on different machines so imagine this is effecting everybody. 'Advanced' search on right of summary page > 'by seller', then tick box and put in ID, used to provide the sellers list of items for sale. Now it just produces the 'we looked everywhere' page with the kid in an anorak. Anyone know what has happened to this very useful function?      ... View more

I registered for the promo offer, which starts on 19th july where buyer gets 20% discount, but ebay pays half of it so, seller only actually funds 10%. I listed an item and decided to use Global Shipping for the first time. The person that won the bid lives in Jerusalem, Israel and she is unable to pay because the form states unable to send to this country.  Israel is on the list of non-EU countries so I don't understand what the problem is. Hi,    I sold a car last week and didn't realise I had an old debit card attached to my account. Ebay put my account on hold so I cant list anything.   I paid a 'one time payment' yesterday, to bring my balance up to date and have just added a new debit card to my payments portal, today.   I'm keen to get what Im selling, sold... So, I was wondering if any of you have had a similar experience and roughly how long it takes to get your selling privilages reinstated?   Additionally, as you'll already know, it's nigh on impossible to get hold of a proper human being through ebay, so should I need to get this resolved, can you also give up a coule of hints and tips for getting hold of a customer support rep'?   Thanks ...
