My first GPS order and I managed to goof it up!
Customer ordered two items and I inadvertently sent just one.
Is there a way of sending the second item via GSP?
Or will I have to obtain the actual purchaser's address (in Belgium) and post it myself?
All help proffered will be much appreciated!
Roger
You can't do anything about it once posted!
Contact buyer, and tell him what has happened, to get his address and post direct.
You can't use GSP for the second one as you have no appropriate reference and GSP would only deal with one.
If posting direct to Belgium you will run up against VAT problems. When done through Ebay you are given an address which incorporates VAT PAID, and ebay has collected. This has already been paid, but you will be required to complete a Customs Declaration, and Belgian Customs may try to collect VAT again.
GSP is a very expensive way of delivery, particularly for low value items. I have seen 99p items with postage of £12 oe more.
